I told myself that I would answer the phone if it rang, but that would be it, until bedtime.
I am shocked at how much I accomplished.
Shocked and sorta disgusted.
Eeesh.
I just can't believe how much time I waste.
I am pretty sure that the greatest disappointment of my generation will be to look back on life and regret how much REAL LIFE we missed out on.
I think you're right about regret. Its embarrassing to think how many times I look at my phone unprovoked. Like its some safety net for folks so they never have to "be alone" but instead they're never present.
